  皇家帝斯曼集团将分拆其复合树脂以及质料己内酰胺和丙烯腈事务，使之成为一个独立的公司。

  帝斯曼将具有新公司35%的股权，伦敦金融投资公司CVC Capital Partners具有剩余的65%。

  该买卖将为帝斯曼带来至少3亿欧元的现金收入。但一起也将导致一季度出售削减1.3亿欧元。

  在未来15年里，帝斯曼在北美和欧洲的工程塑料事务所需的己内酰胺，将有至少多半来自新公司。这样的架构组织将为其尼龙6事务带来战略竞赛优势。

  新公司的复合树脂事务将包含热塑性片状模塑料（片状模塑料）和团状模塑料(Bulk Molding Compound)资料。

  帝斯曼有3%的股份被维权投资公司纽约第三点公司（Third Point LLC）持有，后者对帝斯曼施压要求其改动其事务形式。
